We were charged for fuel, which I am disputing. Just before drop off, I filled it to the same amount that it was when we picked the vehicle up. There was no need for any additional fuel. I have pictures to document this. Please refund the charges for the fuel amount..completely unnecessary!

Location closed on day of drop off. Easy access and easy parking. Assume everything is okay. Called U-Haul as instructed and good to go. Would use U-Haul again.
Michael PWhen a customer requires and requests a moving VAN and ends up with a TRAILER, thats just terrible customer service. It made our move even more difficult. I am not satisfied at all.
