Dropped truck off here since it was closest to my jobsite. They were not open on Sundays and I was unable to complete my first reservation through them. I had to drive from Turner to Auburn and complete a new reservation in order to complete my move.

The trailer brakes were totally inoperative, personnel on site didn't have a clue as to maintenance issues or possibility of issues. Brake flid was totally missing from the unit

david oThis is not the fault of the pick up location, but the App is not reliable. On two different phones, while standing in the driveway, the app said the GPS reported we were not at that location. However, I had USED the phone GPS to plot the drive, and it put me exactly where I was. So - there is some problem with the app. Fortunately, the attendant was around, even though it was an hour before they were opening, and got us our vehicle. But you should consider whether your app is reliable enough for a mobile pickup.
