Thankfully for U-Haul this location was friendly and was able to get us into the U-Haul after the app was not working. When calling support I was told the wait time was over an hour, which is unacceptable. This could have derailed my entire move. I’m thankful for the people at this location, but hesitant to use U-Haul again due to my experience outside of them.

Penny SThe wifi in that area is bad. Could not use the app to pick up. Ordered a 20 ft truck, they had to give us a 26 ft truck , but was told we would get it for the cost of the 20 ft truck, but it was never adjusted in the reservation. Because I didn't have the exact amount quoted in the reservation, the clerk could only give a $71 discount. We had to hunt down a person, for the pickup and have them check us out. The truck had damage to the side trim and is was just hanging there. There was some garbage left in the back of the truck. Blankets and a dolly, which were not requested, were left just thrown in the back of the truck. Dolly was not secured.
Barbara JDropped truck off here since it was closest to my jobsite. They were not open on Sundays and I was unable to complete my first reservation through them. I had to drive from Turner to Auburn and complete a new reservation in order to complete my move.
