Trucks cleaner. Ryan went out of his way to make sure I got the truck and key from lock box. He even answered my call/text on his days off. Will definitely tell others to use this location and talk to Ryan.

Brian was very helpful as I picked up my truck. The problems with the truck I drove were thus: the window handle on the driver's side was broken, making it difficult to roll it down. Also on the driver's side, the sun visor was broken in a way that made it dangerous to drive with the evening sun shining in my face. Otherwise, the truck was clean and it got the job done.

John MI dropped off the truck after store hours, the company informed me I could not return the U-Haul to the Greenfield location they forced me to pick it up at, it had to be driven over 20 minutes away to the secondary location. It was not clear where I was supposed to leave the truck as there were no photos on the website, it just said to leave them at this business and if it was left in the long wrong location, I would be charged.… There were a couple trailers in a parking lot so I left the truck there. I haven’t been contacted by the company one way or the other to let me know if I had done it correctly. it would be helpful if there was a “drop U-Haul here” sign somewhere on the property. Did not interact with any of the staff at this location because they were closed. All the additional driving of the U-Haul and ended up costing over $100 in fuel fees, and I was charged for mileage overage even though I was told I would not be.
