I was charged for an additional day because my rental was turned in one hour late. This was due to the facility being busy when I arrived. I had to wait a while before being checked in. When I called customer service, I was told that U-Haul would get back to me. They/you haven't.

Aaron PWhen I went to the website to book my one-way reservation from Manchester, NH to Tuskegee, AL, I did not see a drop-off location in Tuskegee listed. It was only after discovering that the nearest location in Auburn, AL was out of business that family members alerted me to the existence of the local return spot. I am displeased with the fact that this was not made available to me from the beginning.
