I WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO DROP OFF AT THIS LOCATION. UHAUL CHANGED MY LOCATION WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. WHEN I CALLED, I WAS TOLD THAT THE ORGINAL DROP OFF LOCATION WAS "FULL" THE LOCATION THAT UHAUL CHANGED ME TO WAS CLOSED. NOT A VERY GOOD IDEA TO HAVE A LOCATION CLOSE AT 11 AM ON A WEEKEND. BAD MANAGEMENT DECISIONS.

A representative called me a few days before my reservation and asked if I would be willing to change my one way rental to a roundtrip. I said yes and she offered a rate of $99 and a return the next day by 1pm. On the day of the pickup, the guy working at the location was confused at first but then realized that my reservation changed and I assumed he understood. I return my Uhaul and was charged for two days even though I was promised $99 and a 1pm return. And then on top of all that the uhaul worker gave me a truck with a dead battery that delayed my move by 2 hours. I can give you the name and number of the uhaul worker that called and asked if they could change my reservation so you know I didnt make this up. Appreciate uhaul for charging me extra and stealing my money essentially because the workers dont know how to communicate and use their own system. Absolutely ridiculous.

AHMAD AI am still waiting to hear back about a refund. The website said the trailer would hold a 2025 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon, but once loaded, the metal rim of the trailer fender was less that 2" from the tire, and the rear tire did NOT line up with the guide, even with the Jeep all the way toward the front of the trailer. We returned it for safety reasons and ended up having to leave the Jeep in town and make the 5 hour round trip from Palm Desert to Tustin to retrieve it. PLEASE PROCESS THE REFUND
