The location itself was not bad. I reserved my u haul to be picked up at 9am because I was scheduled to be at a location to pick up my items by 10am and after arriving at the rental place at 845am it took me an hour and 15 minutes before it actually got checked out which the location was closed and this was due to app and website issues making me 10 minutes late for my appointment
