The person that helped me was friendly and nice. The site was not clean and large piles of feces in the lot. Monster spiders in store running around floor where i was sitting.

Complete garbage. Showed up, place wasnt open, Was never told I had to "self" check in, took 45 minutes to complete, had to enter same info. Over and over, had movers waiting, THEN when I called the stupid kid acted like I was the asshole. Will NEVER use UHaul again.
