I made numerous attempts to check the trailer back in via the website to no avail. I even called the after hours number for U-Haul, again, to no avail. Fixing that would be ideal.

Everything went perfect. They were kind courteous, no problems. The only issue I had was when I got the truck I had to stop to even clean the windshield. It was so bugged ridden, and dirty on the outside that I had to clean the headlights for safety and the whole truck later on scrub it as hard as I could to try to get all the bugs off before I returned it after use.
SANDRA DI was charged for insurance when I declined it. My first confirmation showed that to be true. When I got my final bill the cost of insurance showed up. The Location and its personnel were wonderful.

DAVID JDealer was great. They went above and beyond to help me with my rental. I am disabled and they voluntarily connected and disconnected in the heat, and assisted with my paperwork. Good job!!
