Although not the closest U-Haul location to my office, I would go back to this location.

christopher dNot charge a return after hours fee when the truck was returned before
AMY GI had put a reservation for a truck alongieth an appliance dolly which was never there in the truck. I had to go to a different location which was 17 minutes away after picking up the truck to get the dolly. Also to get this dolly after reaching the other u haul location took me further one hour waiting in the que as there was a long que and the facility was understaffed as there was only one person attending every customer. Wasted my 3 hours for no reason due to this and also my required 15 miles that I had booked the truck for were also fully used only in going to and back from the new uhaul location for picking up the dolly. My first time experience was absurd with Uhaul.
