The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The interior of the building smelled strongly of mold, and the carpet and insulation appeared old and unhealthy—creating a sickly environment. One woman wore a face mask while speaking, which made communication feel cold and dismissive. Even during difficult times, courtesy and clear communication matter, and this was completely lacking here. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and disrespectful.
