We did not receive any of the additional moving materials we paid for, including a dolley, moving blankets. We probably reserved a 19’ vehicle and we were cornered into driving a 26’ causing significant damage to our belongings due to a singicnat increase in dead space. Our dresser was damaged, our entertainment center, desk chairs, and many of our fragile belongings.
