I was coming from Florida to help my daughter. They had a truck and storage unit waiting for me. Very easy and friendly to work with.

JOHN KThe truck was clean, but it was not running well. We were scared the truck was going to break down, but thankfully the move was in town so we were able to manage without any problems coming up. Also, there was no one here when we tried to come pick up the truck (and we had it scheduled online a few days before), so we had to wait until they returned to do what we needed to do. The customer service with getting everything done and coming back quickly after we called to let them know we were there was great, which is why we left 3 stars. There is some room for improvement, mostly talking about repair maintenance of the truck for safety. Blessings and thank you for everything! :)
