Pickup through app feels like a bit hactic. I had already put all the information while I reserved the vehicle. But at time of pickup they asked me all the questions again. Also I added my friend as contact to follow up with. You guys could ask for that at time of reservation and confirm it through message or phone so that I do not have to wait for picking up my vehicle while you guys check with my contact to follow up. Other than that everything was good.

VITHAYASANGAR rWe arrived at 11:00 am for pick up and waited 15 minutes to be told to call a number on the phone. Then we had to drive to another location and call again, and set up the app. The truck was in the back out of sight. So the whole process took over n hour just to pick it up. The truck itself was fine.
Mary JI appreciated that the worker texted me the night before with the information, however when I arrived that morning the truck wasn’t there and he was 15 minutes late bringing it. I was able to call him on the number he texted me at and he was helpful when he arrived getting us set up with the truck. I also was told that the tank was empty and I would be responsible for filling it, which was fine, but I spent $250 and didn’t even use half of what I put in.
