Don’t send anybody to this shady place. They wait until you leave to check the truck and your deposit is at th mercy of some highly shady people. Like I said, it’s dangerous looking area, smelled of pot and men standing behind bushes watching.

I was charged 400 for two days
MATTHEW HI dropped off my rental through the app using the drop box. The store was closed. So, I didn’t get a chance to go inside nor meet anyone. The location was convenient for me. However, on Sundays the store doesn’t open until 10:30 am and for me that was a huge inconvenience. I could not find the key drop off box and had to come back but when I arrived at 10:45 am the store still was not open. I had to get help from the clerk at the store next door to locate the drop box.
JONNETTE MI would recommend but the self-check in was a little difficult.
