The personnel in the location were professional and accommodating. Good group of people. I am very dis-satisfied by the scheduling. I was told the night before my rental that I would have to drive 35 miles further to get my truck. I was told I would be given a $50 credit which did not even cover the extra cost of mileage to go get the new truck. Very unhappy about this.

The first person we dealt with on the phone, Charity, was very nice, but did not tell us that the amountof the estimate would be put through our account and held for 5 days. When we discovered the second charge on my husbands account for $71.00 was put through on his account and the $59.53 went through on our other account...U-haul was nothing but rude to us, especially Courtney. We now cannot get access to our money, 59.53, until Thursday of this week. We will never use U-Haul again. Not with the uninformed and rude personnel that currently work there!!!!!!!

Please when making a reservation keeping your word as a business. I had my largest truck cancelled on me after reserving it a month a head of time! They still charged me the full amount after stated they would give me a discount for the truck and returning it back to their location! I even returned the truck the same day after making 4 trips because of the smaller truck and still got charged for the gas even when it was budged below the line a little bit. Those trucks are gas guzzlers! How am i supposed to return the truck exactly at full!!!???!!!

It was a 100 degree day. I moved my son home from college. It was a long, very hot, traffic ridden day. I used approx a 1/4 tank of 1/2 tank of gas, I put in $10, it was a slight ibit under the 1/2 tank mark. I get to the location and realize my car keys are back at my home a few exits away. The guy checking in the truck could see I had a rough day already. Since the truck was still in my name, I drove it to my house and back to get my keys, so naturally the fuel needle moved ever so slightly. So now I paid additional mileage, and he charged me for the gas. I just thought it was very unthhoughtful of him. I will not rent from there again

They said I rented a van but my reservation said 10ft truck..she implied i was lying. they charged me for gas even though I brought it back with MORE gas than when i left. To their credit they refunded me the error. What happened to this place . It went from good customer service to ughh.

I had a reservation for 8am. At 6am, I pre checked in so that it would cut my time in half. I got there at 750 expecting to wait maybe 20 minutes. I did not get my truck until 848am. Almost an hour later. The staff was great, friendly, helpful, respectful, but there were a lot of people upset at the wait. Once I got to the rep, it went fast from there. I get that it was a Saturday and that most people usually get equipment at this peak time. Staffing should be adjusted to meet this demand. When I spoke to the customer service rep, I asked about mobile device check in, I saw a lady cut in front of everybody show her phone and get her keys. This is definitely the way to go, however, there is no designation for this or the express online pre check in. U-haul should have a labeled, dedicated, express lane for these two services they offer. The only reason I would recommend this location to a friend, is because its the only place with all of this equipment available.
