Absolutely horrendous experience!! When I got there the gas station owner had me talk to the Uhaul person on the phone. The person on the phone was extremely unhelpful. He could not figure out how to finalize rental agreement and told me to drive to the main office. I was dropped off to pick up a U-Haul! He then just remained quiet and didn't say anything until I asked him if he was going to help me further. After about an hour and connecting another U-Haul representative in a three way call with him, he then told the gas station attendant to give me the keys. The U-Haul was filthy- items left inside. The U-Haul rep over the phone said the person on-site should clean the car. The gas station owner refused to clean the car and said it was not his job. We had to dispose of items left inside ourselves. To top it off, the 3 requested dollies and furniture pads were not available despite being ordered ahead of time. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION - it is absolutely awful.
