The worst experience ever. Rude. They have a location a gas station where they don’t explain nothing to you. Let you take vehicles and don’t explain nothing to you about the vehicle then try to charge you for stuff that you didn’t know nothing about they act like you work for U-Haul they talk rude to you when you call them the worst experience ever I would not recommend this place to nobody. This business sucks. Don’t ever rent these people. These people will rip you off and screw you. They know I was in the right that’s why they didn’t want to call the location to figure out what really happened and what the guy told me I was allowed to do. U people really suck and can’t work with your customers. DONT EVER RENT FROM 500 Tennessee St., Vallejo. Don’t rent at all pretty much. Go to a more affordable and professional place

Reina RAbsolutely horrendous experience!! When I got there the gas station owner had me talk to the Uhaul person on the phone. The person on the phone was extremely unhelpful. He could not figure out how to finalize rental agreement and told me to drive to the main office. I was dropped off to pick up a U-Haul! He then just remained quiet and didn't say anything until I asked him if he was going to help me further. After about an hour and connecting another U-Haul representative in a three way call with him, he then told the gas station attendant to give me the keys. The U-Haul was filthy- items left inside. The U-Haul rep over the phone said the person on-site should clean the car. The gas station owner refused to clean the car and said it was not his job. We had to dispose of items left inside ourselves. To top it off, the 3 requested dollies and furniture pads were not available despite being ordered ahead of time. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION - it is absolutely awful.
