The operators at the pickup location were awesome and tried at length to help me with the reservation. I requested the blankets and a utility dolly. The blankets were not a problem, but there was no utility dolly, and they worked with customer service to find me one. Finally found one, although it was a drive to pick it up it was worth it for me

Lady at the counter could not help getting my truck picked up. App was down and website would not respond. Fortunately a uhal rep showed up and was able to get everything working through his ipad. He saved the day.
William PWasn’t provided with the combination to the pad lock for the box roll up door. Had to make several different phone calls and finally a regional manager was able to get me the combination. I was an hour behind and had to drive back to my house which added an extra 16 miles which I was charged for. The worst experience I’ve had renting a vehicle.
Paul PThe check out and check in process through the app is horrible. It never would upload my pictures for the check in when I was done with the trailer.
