Location address is wrong and leads to a grocery store. Pickup location (which is basically a lockbox) is in the back alley and very hard to find. Only good thing was that I was able to reach a person on the location’s phone number and they were courteous and helpful. Truck and equipment were clean and well maintained.

Kara AThe app is terrible!!! This location would have been fine had the app worked, but we had to interface with the app in order to get the truck we reserved and this forced us to call into support and troubleshoot, which resulted in an hour+ of delay. The support rep was helpful and we were eventually able to resolve the issue; by not using the app (rep had us use a specific web browser to access the portal instead). App is awful, 0/10. Would prefer to not use it ever again. Going forward we will be reluctant to use U-Haul unless we are guaranteed a counter check out that provides a staff member for the pick up process.
