NOT AN ACTUAL STORE. Location is digital pickup only in the parking lot, forces you to use the app which was extremely frustrating to use. The app repeatedly refreshed the pickup or dropoff process, making us start over from the beginning every time. In the end it took us an extra 45 minutes to pick up the truck and an extra 30 minutes to drop it off. We had to call the hot line 4 times to get assistance as the app wouldn't work, and even then it was a struggle to get someone on the phone who could help. My experience with the app was so bad I will only be recommending UHaul locations that have a physical pickup from an actual human in the future, if I even use UHaul at all.
