I had to wait 1 hour until the person from the Store learn how to do the check in. I lost 1 hour of the rental for her delay. Truck in good condition. Clean and maintained.

Unfortunately when we arrived to collect the truck there was a bike lock affixed to the back gate of the truck, making it impossible to open. This wasn't inspected/found when the previous renter had returned the equipment earlier that morning and we had to spend a considerable amount of time locating tools to remove the lock. Staff were apologetic about this situation generally, however when we returned the truck they questioned us about a pre-existing scratch on the side of the vehicle. If the location managers had properly inspected the vehicle upon the previous customers return I figure both of these would have been addressed beforehand.
Melissa STruck was a bit messy inside but the service at this location was top notch!
