James was so helpful and kind. I have used his U-haul service twice now, and the second time he opened his store early for me. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress free and nice environment. It was very low stress and his prices are fair.

Truck was filthy, inside and out. It had scratches and dents all around and the app didn't let me upload photos. When I got past the app it said since I didn't upload photos. I was responsible for all the damage. When I returned the truck I was told by the kids at the store to upload photos to the web site but they didn't have a link for me. This was slow and frustrating. I have done business with uhaul before and this was exceptionally bad.
Timothy HI had a very poor experience at this location and would not recommend it. My receipt showed that I paid $100 cash, which was not correct. I actually paid $184 by debit, but the paperwork only showed $100. I returned the truck on June 29 at around 8:30 PM, but the next day I received a new receipt saying the truck was returned on June 30 at 1:06 PM. Because of that, I was manually charged a $50 late return fee. When I went back to the store to ask about it, the staff acted like they did not know what happened and only refunded $40 out of the $50. In total, I ended up paying $234 for a one-day rental that was used for less than 12 hours. I eventually contacted U-Haul directly and was refunded $102, which brought the total down to $132. The correct total should have been around $110, so I am still short about $20, but at this point it is not worth the headache. My advice: avoid this distributor and go directly to an actual U-Haul store to save yourself the trouble.
Albertl FOvercharged me. Was 35 minutes late to open his shop. Had food on his face. Worst ever.
Philip YThey charged an extra fee, which was refunded after I contacted customer service.
