To start, the person working at the market I picked up the U-Haul at does not speak English and when I said I’m here for my keys and showed him my phone for the keys, he acted like I was from another planet. After the person working the market makes three calls finally gives me the keys, I tell him I need the U-Haul longer and he said that’s fine. I said do you know costs and he said no. I said I’ll be back by 6pm please have someone reach out to me for the rental and never heard back and U-Haul wants to charge me additional for the time. Terrible service
