the problem was she called me and moved my pick up location. we got it done just a nuisance to change there was no reason given.
RICK MI was trying to park the truck and knocked on their office door. But no one came out to help me. I thought maybe because it's past their office hours, that's why no one is opening the door. I called customer service to assist me with dropping off the truck, which they did. 10 minutes after dropping the truck when I was waiting for my ride, another driver came from the same office and re-parked the truck in a different spot. They could have come outside earlier to help me but they didn't.
JASKIRAT SThe facility was clean and organized and the staff were friendly. The most important thing is that they didn't overcharge me, like the previous U-Haul facility on Mill Plain did. I'm SO glad I went here, I will definitely be using them again. Great service!
