I will be contacting customer service as there is a fuel charge on my receipt. I returned the truck at the quarter tank fill just as i received it. Surprised there was only 1/4 tank of gas when I picked up the rental truck. Good thing I was only doing a local trip and had enough fuel to complete my run.

Doug MI had issues with the communication with the car dolly. Dispatched called me the day before and indicated they do not have a 20' truck but would upgrade me to a 26' truck. Logistically this will not work for my moving situation, she then was nice and found a 20' truck and allowed me to pick the truck up a day earlier with 1 day free rental. Very thoughtful and nice, but I had to pick up the car dolly the following day from a different location. The following day when I went to pick up the car dolly the guy told me he only had a rotating car dolly and could not let me take it, so he called corperate and corperate set me to another location 20 minutes away. This situation put me behind my daily schedule by 2 1/2 hours and was a joke.
