This location was closed on the day of my rental, due to personal events taking place and I was made aware of this just a few days beforehand. I'm used to face-to-face communication so I didn't know what the change to online check in entailed so I had to call to ask questions! Why not reach out to the customer personally, and explain the process and what information is actually needed? There were verification items that I didn't actually need, though they were listed. The process took way too long online (more than 15 minutes) mainly because of where the office is located, I could not get a cell signal. The ability to check in just a few minutes earlier than reservation time was not possible. Overall, I would have preferred in-office reservation and, had I known the extra trouble I would have endured, I certainly would have changed my plans!

Andres SIma is a big help, she always try her best to make customers happy and she always tries her best to help with whatever else we need. I have 2 other U-Haul places closer to me but always goes to this location because she always nice to us.
