I highly recommend Engle Rd, Vandalia, Oh Uhaul. The lady who helped me was very friendly, curious, helpful and professional. This was my first time renting a truck. She explained everything and gave me some tips. The truck was clean and ready to go. Very good experience.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkExcellent customer service. The gentlemen running the office was very hospitable and professional. Explained all of the terms clearly and the vehicle was in great condition. Definitely recommend!
nikko jSaved the day! Thank you
Mary SI rent many trucks for business and personal. I find that mobile pick up is the worst. Everytime I have Scheduled a truck someone changes my reservation and it becomes a cluster of a mess. I do not have time for these mishaps as I have a scheduled time to be moving along. However most of the time, customer service on the phone e is generally helpful in taking care of the issue. I just would prefer it didnt happen in the first place. That is the frustrating part.
