Molly SNeeded running lights in trailer for night travel and lights did not work. Asked location for working running lights several times and location said we didn't need them. Obviously we did, and it delayed our travel by a day because it was not safe to travel by night. Suggestion would be, please listen to the customer when asking for safety measures as important as working running lights for distance traveling.
Mavel MMy original reservation was for the Oxnard Saviers location. My wife went to the store in the morning to buy a few more boxes. While she was there a woman walked in without a reservation and rented a 26" truck 2 hours later they called and said the truck I was supposed to get was broken down and I would have to got to Ventura to pick up a truck. When I drove by the Oxnard location there was 2 26' trucks so I stopped and asked I was told those had reservations. They flat out lied!!!!!!!!! The Ventura location looks more like a junkyard than a Uhaul rental facility.
