The location was fine and the guy was very helpful. The issue I have is that I reserved a truck at a different location at 7 am and when I showed up, I was told it was never returned and that I had to either drive to Santa Barbara or wait 2 hours until the Callens location opened. What is the point of making any reservations if my truck isn't going to even be available. Poor service and business model!
