Kenneth MUhaul app and website didn't work well for changing my order, checking in or returning the truck. It took over an hour and another on hold. Every human person I interacted with was above average, helpful and friendly but it had costs me a bunch in labor to sit at the yard trying to even get the truck checked out. I work in apps and self-service websites / customer service so I knew something wasn't going right with the site but someone a bit older, less savvy wouldn't likely be as capable. I took screen recordings of the site not directing me to the next step but my son was doing the app on his phone and neither process would let us proceed while sitting on hold that hour+ 😑
