How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck was dirty inside the cab. It had debris and broken glass that we had to clean up in the back before we could use it.
Kristy RNothing. Your customer service is amazing. I was a horrible customer and your staff handled me with courtesy and professionalism the whole time. I'm sorry and thank you
lawrence cTook an hour to try and get the truck. I thought someone would be working there until 6 since it said open until then no one at the location. I was supposed to pickup a trailer as well couldn't get it. Back tires on the truck were bald.
