Arrived there at 4:00 to return trailer but office door was locked. Waited about 15 minutes and a business next door said the uhaul employee was in the back woods hanging out. Can't make this up. He went and got the employee for us. Uhaul employee walks up and says " there is a sign on the window that he is out back." Well it would be nice if the "sign" was on the door. DUH, who looks at a window.
MARK OWe returned the truck with MORE gas than we got it with but was still charged extra for gas.! Will not use this location again
KENNETH FStaff and truck were great. However, we did request a dolley which was unavailable and essential to our move.
