MICHAEL WI rented an auto transport through the U-Haul website and was originally scheduled to pick up the trailer at Everybody Rides in Sebastian, FL. When I arrived at the location, they did not have an auto transport available, and the two they did have could not be rented to me because they required repairs by U-Haul. I was sent to the Specialty Auto Group in Vero Beach, FL, as they had an auto transport available. The young man attached the trailer to my truck and was very helpful. He explained that I would need to return the trailer by 3:00 pm because they close at 3:00 pm on Sundays. I arrived to drop off the trailer at 2:20 pm, and the location was closed. I contacted U-Haul, and a gentleman helped guide me through the U-Haul website to complete a mobile trailer return. Very poor communication between U-Haul, the vendors, and me. Also, when I put my truck in tow mode, my vehicle notified me that the auto transport required several items that required maintenance, which were overdue.
