Mischarged for a dollie I did not want; clerk was aware and did not remove the charge, which caused problems when I was dropping off the rental.

When I dropped off my trailer at the same location I picked up from I was told I cannot leave it there and was told to take it somewhere else. They said they would fine me $300 if I leave it there. They were yelling and using profanity while I tried to contact U-Haul directly. This location is super sketchy. I won’t be going back.

Tiffany SDepends on friend. Vehicle was not clean but was not dirty (just some small garbage and dirty areas) but I don’t expect clean. Non paved parking is odd. Location is safe but still felt unsafe.
