When I reserve equipment such as a furniture dolly I expect that the branch will have it ready and available for my booking. I almost killed myself attempting to use the tiny utility dolly on a large piece of equipment. If I had to do it again I would have just cancelled the booking. A reservation should always have the equipment requested. I will not go through this branch again. Another detail is that clearly they are not properly preparing vans for the next user. When the fuel estimate online does not match the file level on the dashboard it indicates a problem. As I said I will be looking for another option now.
Michael PService was amazing, pickup was quick and easy. We used Andrews movers and the two movers were phenomenal, very quick and efficient, the packing skills out of this world, should be Tetris players. Would highly recommend to anybody needing anything moved.
