U-Haul called me a day before the move and said my truck is not available I had to go 45 minutes away to pick up my truck. It took 30 minutes to rent a truck it was such a hassle

There was no one present to help just to drop off location, but the drop off through the app was extremely easy and helpful. Would definitely use U-Haul again.

DONALD MThe pin was nowhere near the location. I had to walk pretty far from where the gas station actually was to be able to mark that I was there. This caused delay and hassle.
