JAMES HAnother excellent experience with Westshore U Lock Storage! Donna was very helpful, friendly and efficient as were the other staff we interacted with. The truck rental was clean & ready for our pick up time. The customer service area was also clean and well stocked with typical moving supplies. The online UHaul booking process could be more seamless (it needs an update) but liked the mobile link at the start of the rental that allowed me to easily upload vehicle pictures. Well done team Westshore…another smooth, and easy rental!
