The staff are wonderful. But I think the 19.95 advertisement for the van rental to be a wee bit disingenuous. I drove 8 Km to and from my location twice (4 and a half miles each way) and my rental was over 60 dollars for one day, and over 120 dollars for my additional two day rental. Other than the expense for the van, I was very happy with my storage rental experience.
