The assistant manager was rude, not helpful and did not take the time to acknowledge someone at her location made my reservation incorrectly. The charges were double what I was quoted. The others were more helpful and will to make it it right but we're shut down by the assistant manager. I will drive to another location to be helped before going there again. I will not recommend this location to anyone

AARON CI can’t remember the lady’s name that helped me in Victoria but she was very nice and helpful. I’ve never had to rent a U-Haul before but I know where to rent if I ever need one again. 5 stars for sure!!
DARRELL HLimited by office hours, however, still easily returned after hours.
