We had booked to pick up at another location. Fortunately someone from that location contacted us the day prior to our scheduled pickup to let us know their trucks were only local use, and that the one-way out of state trucks were at the Anacapa location. The woman checking us out out was efficient and the processure took aboiut 20 minutes. The truck we got had a clean packing interior, but the windows and the exterior were in need of attention. I did what I could with the glass, vacuumed the cab, and just ignored the rest. The truck"s equipment was all in working order. The one issue it had, which was a definite safety concern, was the driver's side mirror. The mirror's pivot point was not tight enough. It had to be adjusted every.time the door was closed. That necessitated repositioning it at least 20 times in three days.
