Easy to drop off and my mom received her receipt right away and the drop box was in an easy location. Personnel not helpful only because we did after hours drop off.

Truck was zero gas. Although paperwork said 1/4. The representative told me it’s not her responsibility and if I run out of gas to call road side assistance. Amazing solution!!!
