Wanted an open utility trailer and that’s what I reserved. They didn’t have one at the location I was promised. The closest one was over 45 minutes away. Yes they offered me an elclosed trailer for a discount price. But it really was not working for me and worth the discount. Really really wanted and needed an open deck utility trailer. Maybe one will be available when and if I need one.

THOMAS PI specifically requested to go into the store to pick up the truck but when I got there, the doors were locked and I was told to use the app instead. It was very time consuming and confusing.
