The representative at this location is very unorganized and unprofessional. I returned the vehicle at 5 pm on Saturday, she contacted me at 12 pm on the following Monday threatening extra charges because she thought the vehicle had not been returned. I was charged $28 for fuel when I only took the vehicle 20 miles and returned it to half a tank the way I received it. I was charged a $40 cleaning fee when the vehicle was swept out before I returned.
