I was given a promotional deal of early pick-up and 50 extra miles with extended drop-off. All was over text and the phone. I was given verbal affirmation, but the contract did not reflect the promotional deal, and I was called to ask why I did not have it dropped off after two day normal agreement. All was handled over the phone but caused me concern. All persons were very cordial. Overall experience was very pleasant and affordable. Thank You.
