ELIDO JMy truck rental was missing the volley I had ordered. I didn't realize until I was already at my destination.
ADAM MIt’s listed as being “open” on Sundays from 8am-11am. However, when we arrived for our 10am rental, there were no rental trucks in sight and the office was closed. I tried checking in through the mobile app but it just kept telling me to go inside the store to check in with an associate. I finally called the main U-Haul number and was able to get into a truck. However, an hour of precious moving time was wasted due to this which completed shattered our timeline for the day.
