I did not deal with any personnel at the drop off location. They were closed, but had a drop box for keys, which was helpful.

It took use 45minutes to locate the truck and open the lockbox not enough information I’ll never use that online reservation U-Haul app didn’t use any equipment

WILLIAM WThe APP was horrible and Antonio had to come in to redo my online reservation as I could not complete pickup and payment! It was a nerve wracking experience I never want to repeat…I am so grateful that Antonio gave up time on his Sunday to get me the keys and accept payment. It will be hard to go through this again.
Sherry KAp works great and is convenient. Unfortunately it sent me to a location away from my home. There is literally one walking distance from me. Unfortunately I did not know this at the time. Vehicle was dirty in the cab. Bed was clean however. The truck definitely requires a tune up. Otherwise experience was just fine. Good customer service, just a rough location for my children.
