Justin SWe asked for two hand trucks and received one. We asked for an 11pm return and were assigned 10pm. Since we picked up and dropped off before and after hours, there was no way to address the hand truck issue. Not sure why my reservation was changed. Was there an unexpected hand truck shortage? Why the return time change? We made it with a minute to spare- but could have used the extra hour.
