To start out my reservation conformation was sent to my email with the location to pick up the truck and I get there and there was no reservation and no truck. I called to see what happened and found out that it was confirmed on their end and they did accommodate for it and found another truck, but when I went to pick it up 20 min out of town and the truck made a grinding noise and was recommended not safe to drive. So they had to give me another truck after that which by now I was 2 hours into my rental time. I gave them a 3 star because they did accommodate for all the inconvenience. But it shouldn't of happened in the first place.

Michelle BThe wabash location is super friendly and came in on a Sunday to be sure that I had face to face interaction. I deeply appreciate this because app's are not always reliable. I had one day to move and that was it so I wanted no problems. The manager was even there late at night preparing equipment for the next day and receiving equipment. Uhaul as a company needs to learn from this location so they do not forget their roots of success.
