This is a good place to get a U-Haul however if you are to get there before they open make sure you understand that. It took me over half an hour to go through the app in order to get the keys! It was very frustrating! Fortunately they were open when the truck was returned and the process was MUCH better!

BARRY BTo start out my reservation conformation was sent to my email with the location to pick up the truck and I get there and there was no reservation and no truck. I called to see what happened and found out that it was confirmed on their end and they did accommodate for it and found another truck, but when I went to pick it up 20 min out of town and the truck made a grinding noise and was recommended not safe to drive. So they had to give me another truck after that which by now I was 2 hours into my rental time. I gave them a 3 star because they did accommodate for all the inconvenience. But it shouldn't of happened in the first place.
