The wabash location is super friendly and came in on a Sunday to be sure that I had face to face interaction. I deeply appreciate this because app's are not always reliable. I had one day to move and that was it so I wanted no problems. The manager was even there late at night preparing equipment for the next day and receiving equipment. Uhaul as a company needs to learn from this location so they do not forget their roots of success.
