UHaul overbooked and could not give me the 10’ truck I asked for. They only had very small 4’x8’, which made my move much harder than it needed to be. I made a formal complaint and nothing could be done about it. I was stuck on the phone with UHaul for more than an hour and kept being redirected to the wrong province office, so they could do nothing. I’m very disappointed in UHaul and would not recommend it to anyone, especially if they live outside of central areas like Montreal.
David CSomeone in Arizona apparently doesn't know that the pick up location for the truck (Goose Bay) is 300+ miles from the pick up for the auto carrier (Labrador City). Scheduled the same pick up time. Not the fault of Mobile 1.
larry rTook almost 2 weeks to get my rental closed out. Tried calling u haul. After 3 hours on the phone and 14 call transfers i had to give up
THOMAS AHave something avavaible its 600kms to our next choice .. thats a UHAUL problem not a location issue
