I ordered a 24/7 U-Haul with a 9:30 pick up because I had movers for 10:00 When I arrived, no truck was assigned to me by the location and nobody showed up until 10:00 The attendant was rude, laughed about my situation and refused to try and resolve the inconvenience. I was dismissed and wouldn’t recommend not only the pick up location but at this point I would not recommend U-Haul.
