This seems to be.a new location so the employees working did not know what to do. There wasn’t clear signage on where to leave the equipment. There was a sign saying wait with the equipment to be helped during business hours. The employees offered no assistance. Would be better for a sign to say, ‘download the app or go online to complete your return and confirm where to leave the equipment with an employee’
