The process to self check in and check out was very slow. Uploading each photo individually took a long time. Also, when I went to get my key from the lockbox it was empty. Thank god an employee at the car shop was still there and gave me the key. He said when I return to put it in their mailbox. They are not using the lockboxes indicated by uhaul in my check in process

DONNIE RThis seems to be.a new location so the employees working did not know what to do. There wasn’t clear signage on where to leave the equipment. There was a sign saying wait with the equipment to be helped during business hours. The employees offered no assistance. Would be better for a sign to say, ‘download the app or go online to complete your return and confirm where to leave the equipment with an employee’
