JOHN SThe one staff member made multiple mistakes on my contract and did not know how to use the uhaul system. When I finally got my key, the odometer and gas indicator differed from the contract. The first trailer I picked up had inoperable lights, so I had to get another contract, which was bad because she didn’t know how to generate the first contract correctly. Getting a second one seemed almost impossible. She asked me to call uhaul for her to get it straightened out. Completely inadequate, worst pickup experience ever.
