The call center was not helpful. We had arrange many days in advance and in constant contact with them. They gave us such a hard time. I feel like only the supervisors are nice. Both the pickup and drop off location ppl were very nice and helpful

This is really an unmanned drop location, so the answers I gave about staff and cleanliness aren't really relevant. The location is half a mile from where I moved to so it's very convenient
